500,000 Families and Friends have been touched by you who serve. For every dollar invested in a Boys & Girls Clubs program, there is a rate of return of $9.60 per youth. Over a lifetime, that can save the communities in which these youth live and work, millions of dollars. In the case of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Leandro, the value added for the 2,550 youth we serve is over $34 million in future dollars in taxes paid, and savings in prison incarceration, remedial education and health.
