We offer set and consistent schedules for both part- and full-time positions, predominantly Monday to Friday, with varying start times. Roles may occasionally require weekend work and participation in charity events. We also have some flexibility to work around other personal or employment obligations, provided there are no conflicts of interest with your BGCSL responsibilities and our service commitments.

Yes, especially during our Summer Intersession (July-August). We typically recruit in April-May for these positions.

Absolutely! Opportunities for transition depend on current business needs, but we encourage our seasonal staff to check our Careers page and apply for any roles of interest; prior experience with BGCSL will be considered.

Daily activities vary by role. Program Directors begin at 9:30 a.m. with planning and coordination. Unit Leads arrive at 11 a.m. for setup, followed by Youth Development Professionals at 1:30 p.m., focusing on child engagement through 6 p.m. KinderClub Coordinators work from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., providing specialized care. The day concludes with a team meeting after the post-children’s departure.
