The Tech Center at the BGCSL Clubhouse opened in February 2022 and has been supporting youth in developing their passions through projects, workshops, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math) activities, while providing a safe space for exploration of a wide variety of creative technologies. The BGCSL Clubhouse provides a creative, safe, and free out-of-school learning environment where young people from underserved communities can explore their own ideas, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.
We invite all youth (ages 13-18) to visit the Clubhouse to register and take advantage of the teen space and to use new technologies. Technology and multimedia tools are available for music and video production, interactive programming, digital photography, graphic design, and much more. Teens can work together, get help from adult mentors, and share their work with other teens across the globe through The Clubhouse Network.
