Boys & Girls Clubs of San Leandro is pleased to announce the launch of its new Parent Portal, a platform designed to simplify the enrollment process for families joining after-school programs.
We created this new system in response to valuable feedback from parents and caregivers who asked for a more user-friendly experience. The Parent Portal replaces the former MyClubHub interface and now features a clear, intuitive design that walks families through every step from creating user accounts to completing registrations and submitting digital signatures, all in one streamlined process.
“The launch of the Parent Portal represents our commitment to enhancing the parent experience and ensuring high-quality programs are more accessible to every family in the community,” said Akin Joseph, Chief Operating Officer. “Parents already have a lot on their plates, and we believe that enrolling their children in safe and enriching programs should be an easy process.”
