In 2023, we partnered with UrbanBloc to install a custom-built container in the outdoor space of our Teen Clubhouse, with a shared dream of transforming it into a teen-run café. Last week, that dream moved one step closer to reality when the brand-new Club Café sign was installed, giving our vision a bold new look and an exciting sense of momentum.
The Club Café represents more than just a place to grab a drink or snack. It’s a space designed to prepare teens for the future by providing hands-on job training and workforce development opportunities. For now, the café serves food and beverages during special events, but soon our teens will be running the show—gaining real-world experience in customer service, teamwork, and leadership.

This is just the beginning of what’s brewing at the Club Café. We’re excited to see our teens take the lead, gain new skills, and shine in this innovative new space.
